Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and packed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification containing your tracking information once your order has shipped from our Pittsburgh area facility.

Please note that during high-volume releases or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. To keep things simple, Valley Golf Co. offers the following flat-rate shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $8.00

  • Express Shipping (3–5 business days): $15.00

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How do I check the status of my order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at valleygolfcompany@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages and Issues We pack every order with care, but if your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at valleygolfcompany@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
